Please Note:  Half Shotgun requires 60 person minimum, and Full Shotgun requires 100 person minimum.

Backyard BBQ Package ($16/person)

Grilled sausages or hamburgers served with traditional condiments. This buffet includes pasta salad and garden salad and concludes with assorted desserts with coffee/tea station.
All you can eat can be added at $5/person.

Italian Buffet Package ($34/person)

Choice of Herb Roasted Chicken or Chicken Parmesan; Penne Marinara or Penne a la Vodka; includes seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes, mixed green salad with balsamic vinaigrette, caprese salad, fresh rolls & butter, parmesan cheese, assorted desserts, freshly brewed coffee & tea

Texas BBQ Buffet Package ($35/person)

Roast Beef Buffet Package ($36/person)

Our roast is aged for maximum flavour and tenderness, rubbed with our own blend of spices and slow-roasted, garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Caesar salad, yorkshire pudding, au jus, horseradish, fresh rolls & butter, assorted desserts, freshly brewed coffee & tea.

BBQ Lunches ($10/person)

Your choice of hamburger or sausage served with assorted garnish.  Lunch includes potato chips, bottled water of soft drink.  Available before tee-off of thru 9 only.

Continental Breakfast ($12/person)

Assorted Danishes, Muffins, Cookies and Fresh Fruit served with a variety of Juices, Coffee and Tea.  Available before tee-off only.  (included free for shotgun tournaments with an AM start of at least 100 people)

Beverage/Bar Tickets

Provide a beverage ticket or two for participants at lunch, thru 9, and/or at the banquet.  Non-alcoholic Beverage Ticket ($3 each) – good for one bottled water or Coke product.  Alcoholic Beverage Ticket ($6.50 each) – good for one glass house wine, one mixed drink, domestic or import beer can/bottle.  Prices include tax and gratuity.

Additional tournament items available upon request include boxed lunches (prior to tee-off or thru 9), cheese, fruit or hors d’oeuvres platters (following the game).

Payment Policy

Unless alternative arrangements have been made with Knollwood management, we require a non-refundable deposit for tournaments (half or full shotgun, single tee start) upon confirmation of the tournament booking.  A credit card number is required at the time of booking with participant numbers to be verified 72 hours in advance of the tournament.  Remaining balances, based on final numbers submitted, are to be paid in full using cheque, cash, Debit card, Visa or Mastercard, three (3) days in advance of the event date in person at the proshop.  If a cheque is NSF then an additional $50 will be added to the payment.  A minimum of 16 players is required for a tournament booking.

Booking Food

Tournament meals are priced per person unless noted otherwise and are subject to change without notice. For ease of tournament pricing and planning, all tournament meal prices include applicable taxes and banquet service charge. Meals should be reserved in the initial stages of booking your tournament. We require confirmation of the final numbers for the meal one week prior to the event. Please inform us of special dietary requests in advance.

We require confirmation of final number of golf participants one week prior to the event. A foursome list is to be forwarded a minimum 72 hours prior to the event date.

Insurance Policy

Every tournament participant on the course regardless of age, must have the intent to play golf and therefore must pay the appropriate daily greens fee, carry clubs and when applicable, must pay a power cart rental fee. There is no entry to the playing field permitted by walkers or spectators – only paid golfers with intent to golf. The only exception to this is a charity volunteer who is supervising a specific hole during a tournament. A valid Ontario Driver’s License is required to rent a power cart.

Alcohol Policy

In adherence with the Ontario Liquor Licence policy, alcoholic beverages consumed on the course must be purchased exclusively from Knollwood Golf Club. Knollwood Golf Club reserves the right to search personal property on the course for prohibited alcoholic beverages and such items will be confiscated if found.

Dress Code Policy

Every tournament participant must be neat in appearance and is encouraged to wear appropriate golf attire. Non-collared golf shirts and running shoes are acceptable.

Weather Policy

A tournament plays rain or shine.  A tournament will only be cancelled by the Director of Golf on the day of scheduled play if threatening weather (thunder & lightning) occurs or the course is deemed unplayable by the Course Superintendent.  On the day of a tournament, a scheduled meal will proceed as planned or postponed only after consultation with the Executive Chef. A tournament will be rescheduled whenever possible based on date availability. Deposits are non-refundable.

Rules of Play

A tournament player list will be made available by the tournament organizer. Participants will play in foursomes unless otherwise directed by the Starter.  Starting hole assignments for shotgun tournaments will be co-ordinated by the Director of Golf. Tournament policies and pace of play will be monitored and enforced by Knollwood on-course Marshals.
